How to get rid of stress
We sometimes happens to run behind something.And sometimes it is very essential for our survival and for our career.During this rat race we sometime get caught in intense stress.We forget about ourselves and run.And if the stress persists we get some psychological and mental problems.We should spend sometime for ourselves to release this stress.There are many ways to get rid of stress.We sometime get some mental socks .These are called stressors.They keep accumulating in our unconscious mind.And these stress builds up or intensifies itself we may get some mental disease.Before it intensifies it itself measures should be taken because our unconscious mind will always try to solve the problem by thinking too hard what went wrong.And eventually we may develop some psychological problems.We mainly run behind something or someone. Sometimes we run behind something to the level of self destruction.And there starts the problem.Things get more and more complicated.When something this kinda happens we should turn our unconscious mind to consciousness.We should try to  develop a detached interest.Not every time you will win. Sometimes we just have to accept our failure.
We should start releasing our acquired stress by various techniques.Sometimes its pretty hard to start  
meditating straight off.We need to release our stress by various means before we start actual mediation.I personally suggest you OSHO'S dynamic meditation.It is quite helpful to release all the suppressed stresses and emotions before we can start any meditation practice.

We need to get conscious about ourselves. Consciousness means that feeling of emotion that has caused the stress is not you.And meditations only can bring you this reality.Nothing else can and ever will.
