How to get rid of emotional attachment

So you feel getting stuck at something.May be you feel frustrated.We feel frustrated only when we expected something from someone.If you don't expect any thing from anyone we will definitely not feel  frustrated.Never fulfill others expectations.Live your own life and let live others their life.Don't expect anything from anyone.I have seen people turn into enemies who used to like each other.The total reason was they expected something from each other.And the other was unable to fulfill it ,so they turned against each other.They are not actually responsible for this.It all came because of unselfconscious mind.
You expect something.And something went wrong.You feel frustrated.You turned against someone.You started thinking that the other is responsible for your miserable condition.But you are responsible for everything that happened.Yeah!!Who have asked you to expect.The answer is no one.You yourself has expected.And now when your exceptions are not fulfilled you will feel frustrated , cheated,you may even develop some psychological problems.
Never expect anything from any one and never fulfill others expectations.Live your own life and let live other's.

Things to be done-
Do guided meditations to get rid of emotions.Because you are not your emotion.Step back and get unstuck.Be like a solid rock in the midst of a storm,be like still depths of a lake in a turbulent ocean.Remember this will pass.
.I may be even due to heart break, breakup etc.Love can create the most intense form of frustration  .The only thing that can be done to get rid of emotional attachment and associated frustration is meditaion.There is no other alternative to it.
